You are responsible for account security and for providing accurate information.

Orders and Payments

Orders are processed according to vendor and platform policies. Payment confirmation may be required before fulfillment.

Vendor payout timing: proceeds from event ticket sales become available for withdrawal 12 hours after the event's scheduled end time. Proceeds from other product sales become available 7 days after purchase. Both are subject to any applicable dispute or refund window.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must provide lawful products, accurate listings, and fulfill obligations under marketplace rules.

Acceptable Use

Users may not abuse the platform, violate laws, interfere with operations, or submit fraudulent content or transactions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tikotaka after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
